I’m a Polish home baker living in the UK, and I believe that good food is one of the best things in life. But do you know what’s even better? Sharing it!
For me, baking has never just been about cakes, biscuits or perfectly risen dough. It’s about making people smile, bringing everyone together and sharing a little love through something delicious.
You might recognise me from The Great British Bake Off or Crime Scene Kitchen, or perhaps you’ve spotted my cookbook, Baking with Pride. But underneath all that, I’m just a home baker who loves making delicious things and encouraging other people to give baking a go.
That’s why I created this website: to share my recipes with everyone, completely free, so you can bring a little baking joy into your own kitchen.
Expect Polish classics, British favourites, plenty of colourful creations and absolutely no judgement if you lick the spoon.
Because good food is meant to be shared, baking should be fun, and there’s always room for another slice of cake! 💗
